ROBB BENNETT

Robb was born and bred in Central Florida. A former landscape designer for 10 years, his interest in art and design led him to pursue a career in web development. Over a 3-year period, Robb worked to develop his skill set in several programs, including Flash, PhotoShop, and DreamWeaver. He landed his first agency job with Knight Images, where he worked with clients such as the University of Central Florida (UCF) and US Pipe.

Robb’s never-ending quest to be the biggest and baddest Flash developer in the world took him to Full Sail, working with their in-house agency, Platinum Creative, as lead Flash developer on the Addy Award-winning Full Sail site. The site, which won Best of Show – Interactive in the Addys, was also nominated for a Webby Award. Robb’s work has garnered numerous design and development awards, including 2 Webbys, several Addys, and recognition in HOW Design Magazine.

Robb started Visual23 with a desire to control his own destiny. Bringing 13 years of design and development experience, he incorporates his knowledge and thirst for ground-breaking interactive experiences. He specializes in Flash, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX, WordPress Plugin & Theme Development, Content Management Systems and web design. Clients including Home Depot, CNN, Cartoon Network, Game Tap, Adult Swim, Lithonia Lighting, Benjamin Moore and Kellogg’s Special K brand have been impressed with Robb’s phenomenal work and his straightforward style.

MARSHA BENNETT

Marsha is a native of Georgia, but has spent her adult life living and traveling in Europe, Southeast Asia and Florida. She graduated from University of Central Florida with a BA in Philosophy and later completed her Masters in Corporate Communication & Technology at Rollins College. Marsha began her advertising & marketing career more than 13 years ago while working for Orlando Sentinel Communications. Most recently, Marsha managed advertising sales in the Atlanta region for Cars.com.

During her career, Marsha has worn many hats including salesperson, sales manager, and marketing manager. Her management experience ranges from managing people and processes as they relate to sales & production of print and online advertising to managing multi-million dollar revenue and expense budgets. From 2000 to 2001, Marsha served as President of the Orlando Advertising Federation, a club of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), where she was recognized as National President of the Year.

Marsha joined Visual23 seeking creative freedom and full self-expression. She brings her leadership skills and strengths in interpersonal and organizational communication to the helm of V23 where she focuses on overall management and sales and strategic direction.
